You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons, within 14 days after you or a third party appointed by you (i) received the product or (ii) if several products were purchased and delivered separately in one order, received the last product.

If you wish for a refund Save, please write toservizio-clienti@laboratorioahura.it and we will reply to you by e-mail with instructions for returning the goods. Products must be returned with their original packaging, accessories, instructions, and anything else provided with them.
Any costs incurred for returning the goods are at your expense.

If you choose to withdraw, you will be refunded any payments you have made, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs due to type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from when Laboratorio Ahura receives your cancellation request. Said refunds will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction unless you request the refund on a different means of payment. In this case, you will be charged any additional costs arising from the different means of payment you have chosen. Refunds may be withheld until receipt of the goods or until you have demonstrated that the goods have been returned, whichever comes first.

If you have received your order, please return it to Laboratorio Ahura without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the day you sent notice of your withdrawal. The deadline will be honored if you return the goods before the 14-day period expires.

Return for non-conformity defects and flaws

If you have received a flawed or damaged product, please specify said defect as the reason for the return when requesting the return online, and do so in the manner described in the previous paragraphs. You will be asked to upload one or more images related to the defect found.You will then receive an email with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
